Short sale apraisal done!!! now what!? - need apraisal on shotgun
I have an offer for a house. I waited for 2 months. My paperwork was introduced because prioraty original negotiators left the bench and had to start from scratch. A Apraisal was removed 2 days ago from the coast. I am the only one to offer on this house. My question is, how long shall I wait until you hear them. What measures are now further progress on this? Thanks

I received permission to sell the bank shortly after 3.5 months of waiting for the permit. He made the assessment during the first month for the rest of the time they were all I would say you have to wait much longer. Hopefully life, because your situation give, but if everything goes as I still have 2.5 months before contacting you.
Now we have to see whether the bank approves the short sale. This can not last forever.
